All our meat is sourced locally. Our supplier of Beef is SJ Hall from Taunton and they are usually Ruby Red cows. Our Lamb comes from Manor Farm in Hambridge and the organic Pork is from Tremlett Farm in Wellington.
When we source other meats such as Goat, we get this from as close to the shop as possible. Incidentally our Goat is from Pibsbury, Huish Episcopi. Our free range organic Chicken, Geese and Ducks are from Cracknells Farm near Langport.
Any other meat products, such as Scottish Haggis are from the places in which they were produced.
We can supply you with whatever you desire, from roasting ribs to crackling chops!
