My second Saab chronogically. I never thought that I would get an old car one day. And now it's the case with that lovely Saab 95 which was the property of the Swedish phone company in the seventies and was orange. It was purchased by a Frenchman in 1979 and has been re-sprayed in dark blue in France unfortunately .
The restoration hasn't been very well done and I can see today some rust appearing. But after a big check-up when I've purchased it (it was stored since 4 years in a barn without having been started), that car is a great pleasure to drive. And for rewarding it to be a good girl, I've offered her a travel until Sweden in August 2006.
Maybe my favourite . And not only because I've purchased her in Sweden in August 2006 .
But also because it runs perfectly , without any trouble until now . Automatic transmission , big comfort , great silence inside the car , softly suspended .

I've some ignition troubles since I crossed the road of a huge thunder last summer, but it will be ok for 2009, I hope !!
My first Saab which I own since 10 years. Was a black one until the day that a "not nice person" signed his name on the fenders with a key. So I decided to re-spray it and to do something different. The idea of a two tone came to me thanks to a Saab commercial video of the 80's (the APC one) where I saw a awesome two tone.
The car is now 254000km and runs perfectly!
I always wanted a flat nose 900: it has been possible in February 2008 when a guy I met in Belgium in Huy called me to say me he wanted to sell his fabulous 900. It wasn't the best moment for me to buy another car, but I'd seen that 900 and knew that it was quite perfect.
Actually the body is in better shape than the mechanic and I did restore the cooling circuit, radiator and the clutch is the next step .
